You can also listen to assisted meditations through your Amazon Echo dot device or Alexa application to help you relax your body, mind, and spirit. The Echo has many helpful skills. Some meditations are tailored to the moment of the day or a specific requirement. Some help you relax before bed, sleep better, be happier, or just unwind.
To access meditation skills using your phone or tablet, simply use the Alexa app. Open the app and tap the hamburger icon, then select Skills > Categories. Meditation skills can be found in both the Health & Fitness and Lifestyle categories. To discover even more helpful skills, search for “meditation”.
