Brainwaves and Manifestation
There is a growing interest among Law of Attraction followers in understanding the role of brainwaves in manifestation. According to this belief system, by lowering brain wave frequencies, individuals can align with their soul’s intentions and manifest their desires. Techniques like meditation, relaxation, and music can help achieve this state. People who practice meditation aim to attain a deeper level of consciousness.
It is widely accepted that our subconscious thoughts and beliefs impact our success. However, not many people realize that brain waves also play a critical role in manifestation. The question is, what are brain waves, and how do they connect to successful manifestation? These topics will be discussed in depth in this article.
First: What are Brainwaves?
There are billions of nerve cells in our brain called neurons, and these cells communicate with one another. Neurons generate an electrical field when they oscillate and produce an oscillating voltage.
The neurons in our body transmit information in two main ways: chemically and electrically. An electroencephalogram (EEG) detects the waves formed by the cells by synchronizing the electrical pulses.
Our thoughts and emotions are formed in this electric field. Different thoughts and emotions create different brain waves, making you either alert and active or tired and lazy.

In manifestation, our brain is an electrochemical organ, and a brainwave is not a physical object, but rather a measure of electrical activity within our brain. The frequency of brainwaves varies from low to high, according to research. For manifestation, each brainwave represents a particular activity, similar to musical notes.
Please keep in mind that brainwaves are not the source of our thoughts or experiences, but the visible reflection of them when we think, act or feel. By controlling brain activity, we have the power to change limiting beliefs.
Types of Brainwaves
There are 5 types of brainwaves that we can measure based on our alertness:
Gamma Brainwaves (30-100Hz)
Gamma brainwaves are associated with higher mental activity. They occur when we are learning new things, focusing on something specific, or doing something that requires a lot of concentration and focus.
Beta Brainwaves (14-40Hz)
Beta brainwaves are produced when you pay attention to cognitive tasks such as socializing, reading, or working. While awake, your neurons fire to direct your attention to cognitive tasks and the outside world
Alpha Brainwaves (8-13Hz)
You can visualize your future and attract what you desire in your life when your mind and body go into a more relaxed state.
Theta Brainwaves (4-7.5Hz)
You can produce theta brainwaves when you go into deep meditation when you are a more experienced meditator. Our knowledge of the “third eye” comes from chakra yoga experts. Theta brainwaves are produced when we sleep.
Delta Brainwaves (0.5-4Hz)
Last but not least, delta brainwaves appear during deep sleep. We heal and rejuvenate ourselves with these brainwaves. It is considered a getaway for the unconscious mind.

Is it possible to Train Your Brainwaves?
Different brainwave frequencies can be accessed by training your body and mind. You can accomplish this by training your mind to enter a deep meditative state and thereby voluntarily control your brain’s frequencies.
You can attract your dreams by reprogramming your subconscious and unconscious minds by controlling your brain waves. Before you start this exercise, create some vision boards to help you focus on what you really want to manifest.
This mindfulness meditation exercise will help you to attain alpha state and move on to the deeper state of Delta:
Prepare your mind for meditation by getting ready first. To begin this process, make sure your body is in a comfortable position. Keep your back straight and soften your shoulders. Just close your eyes after this.
Observe how calm your breathing becomes as you begin to feel relaxed. Allow your mind to release all stress and gradually breathe until you feel a comfortable rhythm in your body.

The I AM Journal offers an uncomplicated and attractive method to implement the Law of Attraction. Its powerful writing prompts, which are grounded in proven manifestation methods, encourage daily journaling and assist in creating the life you desire. It reminds you that all the necessary tools for manifesting your dreams are already present within you, and it aims to help you unleash that potential.
Become aware of your breathing and how gentle it is as your body feels more and more relaxed. Until you find a rhythm for your breathing that is comfortable, let your mind release all the stress and tension. Next, focus on your chest. When you breathe, watch how it moves up and down.
You can keep doing this and if a thought comes in, just let it go and focus again on your breath. While you are resting, notice your feelings or emotions coming to you…then let them go. Don’t eliminate them, just let them pass. Go back to focusing on your breath and go back to it.
As soon as you do this, your brain activity slows down to approximately 13 cycles per second, giving you a feeling of calm. The alpha brainwave state is what we refer to as this.
Lastly
The only thing you need to do is follow your breath. As your mind expands to infinity, you will experience it going beyond thoughts. You will achieve theta state here. When the mind is in theta state, it becomes aware of its infinite potential. A life of unlimited possibilities will be yours.
