When I first learned about meditation and mindfulness, I was skeptical about the claims that they would improve your quality of life. At first, I wasn’t sure if daily meditation would have any impact on my life. Having done some research, I read several books, including “Breaking the habit of being yourself” by Dr. Joe Dispensa.

Initially, I was astonished by the possibilities. After reading the books, the very next day I finished reading, I began meditating. Meditation has many different benefits and can literally transform every aspect of your life.

There are many of us who feel as if the whole world is on our shoulders. Anxiety and depression can be reduced by practicing meditation.
